These soaps are, hands down, the best I’ve ever used. When combined with a good exfoliating pad, they leave my skin feeling clean and smelling good. My favorites are the Spiced Hibiscus and Mountain Breeze. I recommend these soaps to anyone looking for natural, aromatic alternatives to the stuff one would normally find in the stores. As an aside, I also recommend their shaving soap for a good artisanal or old-school style shave.

We visited the shop in 2019 and purchased some of the amazing soaps. Cool Green Asheville was our family’s favorite and we haven’t used any other soap since. We have been ordering this soap (from Ohio) for the past 4 years. It is amazing!!!

I discovered this soap 20 years ago when I moved to Asheville, and though I moved away 10 years ago, I am never without this soap! Thank goodness for mail order! I can’t imagine starting my day without this refreshing scent. It’s the only soap I shower with!

Usually I come into the store so I can smell all the soaps first, but I had run out of the Cinnamon Oatmeal and couldn’t come to Asheville. I added a few bars to get my free one and very happy with my choices! The rosemary lemon poppyseed smells very good!
